Boost Collaborative strives to reach programmatic goals through continuous improvement efforts. Through the use of outcome and performance measurement tools, information is collected to inform the agency regarding how services are achieving the desired results of their customers in a timely way.
Outcome measurement tools such as satisfaction surveys, time to placement measurement, starting wages and referring counselor feedback, all give Boost Collaborative information as to its effectiveness.
Ultimately, the answers to the questions: 1.) How has this program made a difference in the lives of those served? and 2.) Are the lives of our participants better as a result of our services? guide Boost Collaborative in its strategic planning and program improvement.
Boost Collaborative shares the results of its outcome measurement to the community through this website, and to our participants, families, and advocates knowing that they have a stake in our efforts to improve.
