Eric joined Boost Collaborative in 1992 (then Palouse Industries) as our Executive Director. Eric leads a great team of staff who have a heart for service to children with special needs and adults with disabilities. Formerly from the Treasure Valley region of Southern Idaho, Eric launched his career in this field in Supported Employment and continues to facilitate people into competitive employment as they express their interest in it. Eric also serves the community as a Rotarian and is currently the Pullman Club President. Other interests and hobbies include playing with his grandchildren and bicycling when time allows.
